Where is Checko's Printing Located?
Checko's is located at 7854 Fortune Drive in San Antonio, about 5 minutes from Loop 410 or 1604 and roughly a 20 minute drive from most places in San Antonio.
Do You Offer Delivery?
Yes. We offer local delivery through a courier service for an additional $25 fee during normal business hours. For orders outside the local area, we can also ship via UPS or USPS. Shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight, and destination of the order, so we’ll provide a custom shipping quote before processing your shipment.
When Are Orders Processed?
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Orders, proofs, and production scheduling are typically handled during those hours. If you’re running behind and need your memorial programs same day or next day, please call us. We can often do rush orders and do not charge rush fees!
What If I Need To Pick Up My Order After Hours?
If you can’t make it during normal business hours, let us know ahead of time. We can leave completed orders in our covered porch pickup area for after-hours pickup later in the evening.
What happens if there’s a problem with my order?
If something doesn’t come out the way it should, let us know right away. We’ll review the issue and make it right. We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee.
Can I get a discount?
Yes! We offer discounts for larger orders. Please reach out and request an estimate and we will give you the lowest price possible based on the volume of programs you order.
Can I get my prints today?
Often, yes. Orders placed earlier in the business day have the best chance for same day completion. Contact us if you’re working with a deadline and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Can I see a proof before my order is printed?
Yes. If you’d like to check quality or see how your prints will look, we offer free in-person proofing before full production. If you’re short on time, we can also text or email you a photo of your proof so you can review and approve it remotely before we proceed.
Can I Reach Checko's After Normal Business Hours?
Yes. You can text our business number at any time, including after hours. You’ll receive an automatic reply with our normal business hours of Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but whenever possible, we may still respond to questions or rush requests later in the evening. One of our staff members receives business texts directly on their phone, so after-hours responses are sometimes possible.
